AN EXCITING OCEAN-FRONT WEDDING AT BLUE VENADO BEACH

When entertainment is top of your list when it comes to your big day, picking a venue that has great space, privacy and amazing prices is the best option. That’s why our bride and groom Hedieh and Tyler chose the beachfront venue, Blue Venado for their fun-filled wedding.

As our couple and all of their guests were staying in a nearby all-inclusive hotel, it was important for Hedieh to have a bright and air-conditioned space to get ready on the morning of her wedding day. Luckily, Blue Venado has a huge bridal suite on-site, complete with ceiling to floor windows and calming ocean views.

After spending the early hours having her hair and makeup done in the privacy of her bridal suite, Hedieh enjoyed a couple glasses of champagne with her three beautiful bridesmaids before putting on her wedding dress. Our bride to be chose a stunning sheer and embroidered dress and an elegantly simple veil to match.

To make the most of the oceanfront location of Blue Venado, our loved up couple stole a few moments away to enjoy a “first-look” photoshoot with their photographers Amor Amor Weddings. After those perfect wedding photos had been captured, Tyler made his way to the ceremony to await his bride.

Hedieh and Tyler added lots of personal touches to their symbolic ceremony by asking a close friend to officiate and writing their own heartfelt vows. Watching this wonderful couple express their love for one another in front of the impressive circle wedding arch was truly moving. Pure Love Floral Design did a fantastic job of mixing in bursts of colour with their blooming flowers and a softer bohemian touch with the addition of pampas grass.

After a romantic ceremony, the whole wedding party enjoyed a quick photoshoot before retiring to the spacious palapa for the reception. Even though the weather was beautiful for Tyler and Hedieh’s big day, the huge palapa at Blue Venado provides the perfect “Plan B” in the case of rain.

Once their guests had all found their seats, our couple’s fun-filled wedding entertainment began. Hedieh and Tyler wowed their guests with circus performers, acrobats, stilt-walkers, belly dancers and even an adrenaline-filled fire show.

After the amazing entertainment, the wedding party fuelled up on traditional Mexican churros and hot chocolate, before laughing and dancing long into the night. Once the party was over, it was only a 20-minute ride into Playa del Carmen, so our newlyweds could get a good night’s rest back at their all-inclusive hotel.

We want to give a huge “thank you” to Hedieh and Tyler for trusting us to plan their fun-filled wedding at Blue Venado beach. Although we hit a few bumps due to Covid and travel restrictions, we are so happy that we were still able to make your dream wedding a reality.
