A FUN FILLED ALL-INCLUSIVE WEDDING IN CANCUN

Xylina and Gabriel are a fun-loving, energetic couple from New York that wanted a wedding to represent their amazing bond. The all-inclusive resort, The Finest Playa Mujeres was the perfect mix of beach and boho-chic vibes that our couple was looking for. 

Our loved up couple thought it was important for their families to get to know one another and spend some time enjoying the beautiful Caribbean beaches, so they decided to throw a welcome white party. The wedding party spend the night playing games, dancing and watching the impressive fire dancers. After all the excitement of the evening, everyone retired to their on-site rooms to rest up for the wedding the next day.

One of the most important aspects of the wedding for our bride to be Xylina was her makeup. She decided to fly in her favourite makeup artist all the way from NYC, so she could create the perfect dramatic look for her big day. Once her hair and makeup were perfect, Xylina took a moment to enjoy a mimosa or two with her bridesmaids and have a heart to heart with her mother to relax her nerves before she prepared to walk down the aisle.

While the girls enjoyed their quiet moments together, Gabriel and his groomsmen headed to the beach to join their guests. Gabriel looked absolutely dashing in his formal black tuxedo and crisp white shirt. Once everyone was seated for the ceremony to begin, Xylina appeared at the end of the aisle. Everyone seemed to hold their breath as she started to walk in her stunning backless fishtail wedding gown.

Gabriel and Xylina decided to write their own heartfelt vows, which added a touching personal element to their ceremony. Following the vows, their mothers performed a beautiful knot-tying ceremony, bonding the two and their families together. There wasn’t a dry eye in the house as everyone applauded newlyweds. 

After the ceremony, their guests enjoyed a refreshing cocktail, before retiring to the palapa for the wedding reception. Xylina and Gabriel wanted a rustic, boho-chic vibe for their wedding, making The Finest Playa Mujeres palapa the perfect venue. Naked wood tables, a canopy of twinkling lights, tall white candles and simple white rose centrepieces by Alquemia Events brought their dream to life. 

Once their guests had enjoyed their meal and all of the speeches had finished, Xylina changed into a fully beaded flapper style dress to truly get the party started. Their friends and family danced non-stop until 11pm, when this fun-filled wedding was brought to an epic finale with an awe-striking firework display.
