HACIENDA CORAZON

Intimate, charming and colorful. There’s nothing quite like saying “I do” in front of your closest friends and family in a stunning venue like Hacienda Corazon.

Our beautiful bride and groom Danusia and Michael choose to tie the knot in a quaint colonial hacienda located in the sleepy marina town Puerto Aventuras. The laid-back atmosphere, quirky decor, and lush greenery made the perfect backdrop for their intimate, 60 person wedding.

Michael stood, waiting for his blushing bride, under an elegant flower studded arch, overlooking the glittering ocean. As the bridesmaids made their way down the aisle, their bouquets of burnt orange and red gave an impressive pop of color against their flowing turquoise dresses, much like a sunset exploding over the shimmering sea. Once the wedding party were all seated, Danusia appeared like a vision in white from the hacienda’s ornate main door.

After a touching wedding ceremony complete with a few traditional touches, there wasn’t a dry eye in the house. Each and every one of their closest friends and family were bursting with pride as they watched this happy couple profess their love for one another. After the vows had been said and the rings had been placed, the wedding party retired to the pool area to enjoy a cocktail or two, while the newlyweds joined the fantastically creative Deborah Ducci from White Crown Photography for a sunset photoshoot by the sea.

While laughs were being shared and photos taken, we ensured that every last detail in the main courtyard was perfect for the wedding dinner to commence. Each table was lined with flickering candles and vibrant floral centerpieces by Vanessa Jaimes. In the middle, a large LED dance floor awaited the arrival of the wedding party, and boy did they make the most of it. Each bridesmaid and groomsmen made their grand entrance, dancing in twos across the dance floor and over to their seat until it was the turn of our loved up bride and groom. Danusia and Michael floated into the courtyard with the biggest smiles on their faces and enjoyed a rather energetic first dance before taking their places at the head table.

After a delicious dinner, it was time for a much more romantic first dance, accompanied by not only a father-daughter dance but a mother-son one too. This was the moment that the groovy DJ Luca switched the tables and really got the party started. Guests of all ages were up dancing until the wee hours of the morning and countless laughs and tears of joy were shared.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with such a charming and traditional venue as Hacienda Corazon and an honor to be able to make the wedding dreams of Danusia and Michael come true. The wedding party were even able to enjoy a few nights in the hacienda, extending the magic of their beachside wedding from one day to many. What more could you ask for?
